The general conditions of sale and use detailed below apply to all orders placed with the company SANDINETTE for all items and services offered on the site www.sandinette.com.

- Article 4: Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

SANDINETTE reserves the right to modify these prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

- Article 5: Order

Orders are made on the site and can only be recorded on it if the user has clearly identified himself by entering his contact details.

SANDINETTE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

- Article 6: Validation

- Article 7: Availability

- Article 8: Delivery

SANDINETTE cannot be held responsible for the absence or the delivery time in case of force majeure as defined by the French case law in force, disruption or general strike, total or partial, in particular of postal services and means of transport and / or communication, flood, storm, fire, pandemic.

 

- Article 9: Payment

Payment for purchases is made either by a transfer via Paypal, or by credit card, or by bank transfer.

Customs clearance, payment of various duties or taxes are your responsibility.

The customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to SANDINETTE constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

The data recorded and kept by SANDINETTE constitute proof of the order and of all past transactions. The data recorded by Paypal constitute proof of financial transactions.

 

- Article 10: Shipping costs

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. On each product presentation page, the customer is informed of the amounts related to the weight and size of the object. In the case of a multiple order, the cost of the shipping costs will be communicated by e-mail. SANDINETTE reserves the right to modify the amount of the shipping costs at any time according to the evolution of the prices of La Poste or of the carriers requested.

- Article 11: Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to retract, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. He must return the product within 14 working days from the communication of his decision to withdraw. No COD shipment will be accepted for any reason.

SANDINETTE reimburses all sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return costs which remain the sole responsibility of the customer, within a period which may not exceed 14 days following the date on which it was informed of the right of withdrawal. . SANDINETTE may, however, defer reimbursement until recovery of the product or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product, the date selected being the date of the first of these facts.

The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, etc.). The incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled product will not be accepted.

It is only possible to make one return per order, even if the order includes several products.

 

- Article 12: Exchange

For products in stock and immediately available, returns must be made within 14 days (working / working) by returning the parts for a credit, an exchange or a refund.

The customer must place a new order if he wants the product corresponding to his initial order.

It is only possible to make one return per order, even if the order includes several products.

 

- Article 14: Personal information

SANDINETTE undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by users on the site. These are confidential. They will be used exclusively for the processing of the order and for the personalization of the site according to the preferences observed among the customers.
